A one-day bespoke build for a darts setup. The owner had a specific timber finish in mind and the rough dimensions; we worked out the rest on-site.
The challenge
The customer asked specifically not to fit a protective panel under the board — a request worth flagging on a job we have done several times before with the panel included. We noted it for the customer’s reference but went ahead with the spec they wanted.
What we did
Aged timber set out in a balanced pattern around the dart board mount. Surface-prepped and fixed onto the wall in dry runs first, then bonded into final position.
The result
A working darts wall that reads as a deliberate feature rather than an afterthought. Cost was a tiny fraction of a built-in cabinet equivalent and looks the part.
