Property Maintenance & Repairs
The small jobs that stop a house feeling tired.
What's included
- Door frame, sash and lock repairs — splice in matched timber rather than replace
- Soffit and fascia replacement, rotten timber renewal
- Window furniture: hinges, locks, sash cord replacement
- Skirting, architrave and floor board repairs after leaks or wear
- Snagging after other trades have left — the small list that never gets finished
The work that keeps an older house feeling cared for. Skirting that has lifted away from the wall. A sash cord that has snapped. A door frame component split by a leak ten years ago. The kind of thing you stop noticing because there is no obvious moment to ring a tradesman about it.
Send us a photo and a postcode. If we are already in your town that week we can usually clip the job onto an existing day. Otherwise we book a half-day and work through whatever list you have.

What customers say about our property maintenance work
Can not praise Rafal highly enough. Was on time each day he came to us and was so clean and tidy you would not have known he'd even been there. His work is exemplary and his own standards are very high. He talked me through everything he was doing and why and the end result was perfect. He even fixed another issue with a door that we had. We couldn't be happier with his work and he was a pleasure to have around the house whilst he was working. Would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a joiner and we will be going back to him in the future when we have more work to be done.
