Tenement work has its own rules. Floors are timber on joists, walls are lath and plaster or studwork, ceilings are high, and the neighbours are close. The room-division project on this site is a typical Glasgow job: one large room split into several usable spaces with stud partitions, doors and finishing, done without touching the structure of the building.
Parking and access take planning in the city, so we book a clear run of days and bring everything needed in one load. Materials go in through the close and up the stairs; waste comes back out the same way and leaves in our van, not in the back court.
If you are in Glasgow, the Southside, the East End or anywhere inside the M8 ring, send us the room sizes and a few photos and we will give you a fixed written quote.
Sandstone tenements across the inner city, Victorian villas in the south and west, interwar council estates and newer flats along the Clyde.
